Is there a cleaning fee associated with my reservation?

A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the client's card if excessive clean-up is required after the rental period. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is returned in a reasonable condition.

Is my pickup time included my reservation?

The first 30 minutes of the rental period are designated for vehicle pickup, and the final 30 minutes are designated for vehicle drop-off. Clients should plan their schedules accordingly to ensure timely use of the vehicle.

How far can I go during my reservation?

VLE Luxury primarily serves Lexington and the Fayette County area. Any reservations that extend beyond the Fayette County area (45-mile limit) will incur additional charges. No reservations will be approved that extend beyond 45 miles from Lexington without prior management approval.

Who is liable for damages during my reservation?

Clients are liable for any damage done to VLE Luxury vehicles during the rental period. Any repairs or damages incurred will be the responsibility of the client, and they will be held accountable for all associated costs.

Is the mini-bar open during my reservation?

Clients are offered one complimentary bottle of an alcoholic beverage with their reservation. Clients may also bring their own beverages at no additional cost. However, the client must drink responsibly, and VLE Luxury reserves the right to terminate service if behavior related to alcohol consumption interferes with the safety of the trip.

Do I have to pay for gas during my reservation?

Fuel is included in the reservation price, and clients are not responsible for refueling the vehicle during or after the rental period.

What state laws govern VLE Luxury business practices?

All rentals and services provided by VLE Luxury are governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky.

Can I talk to the driver during my reservation?

Clients agree not to disturb or interfere with the driver’s ability to perform his/her duties. If a driver deems the client uncooperative with the terms of the service, the driver reserves the right to terminate the rental period and drop the client off at a safe location, ending the service early.

Can I make stops during my reservation?

Clients may elect to make stops at certain locations (such as clubs, bars, or restaurants). These stops are allowed but only in areas where parking does not interfere with the flow of traffic.
